Have Your Say on the Future of the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building

Falmouth Town Council is inviting residents, users, and stakeholders to shar their views on the future of the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building, including Falmouth Art Gallery, Falmouth Library, and the building’s civic spaces.

This consultation forms part of the initial stage of the engagement process. No final decisions have been made — your input matters.

You can take part in several ways.

The quickest way is to complete the online survey.

This is an early-stage consultation. We have not made final decisions, and we will use your feedback to shape future options and next steps.

Who Can Take Part

This consultation is open to everyone, including:

  • Residents of Falmouth
  • Users of Falmouth Art Gallery and Falmouth Library
  • Artists, educators, and cultural organisations
  • Community groups and local businesses
  • Visitors to Falmouth
  • Anyone with an interest in the future of the building

You do not need specialist knowledge to take part. Feedback based on your experience of using the building is equally valuable.

Ways to Share Your Views

You can take part in the consultation in the following ways.

1. Complete the Online Survey

The online survey is the main way to respond to the consultation.

The survey includes questions about:

  • What matters most to you for the future

Please complete the survey before the closing date to ensure your views are included.

2. Quick Voice Feedback (No typing required)

If you would prefer not to type or complete the full survey, you can share your views using our voice feedback tool. This allows you to speak into your device and submit comments directly.

👉 Leave voice feedback here (opens in a new window)

This is optional and can be used alongside the online survey.

Please note: this voice feedback tool is provided by a third-party supplier (Hoxton Analytics Limited). If you do not wish to provide personal information, please avoid including personal or sensitive information in your response. For more information, please read our Privacy Notice.
