3 Years of Groove on Sight

Groove on Sight presents the one & only Oppidan and Scotland’s Samurai Breaks as headliners for ‘3 YEARS OF GROOVE ON SIGHT’

Oppidan needs no introduction. She’s been a firm favourite of ours since we started this journey, and we can’t tell you guys how excited we are for this Headline show at Princess Pavilion on the full Noise Pollution Soundsystem. Her music sounds like a dense city humming with layered motion—low industrial rumbles undercut by sharp, metallic echoes and distant signals cutting through the air. The overall tone feels busy and pressurized, with a steady pulse that suggests constant activity just beyond your immediate reach.

Samurai Breaks fuses jungle, drum & bass and breakbeat to create tense and deliberate sounds, with crisp percussive strikes and sudden pauses that feel like measured breaths before action. The mix is lean and sharp, carrying a sense of controlled aggression and focus, every sound placed with intent.

Tickets can be bought in person from the Princess Pavilion Box Office Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm.
