Venue & Events Manager - Princess Pavilion

FALMOUTH TOWN COUNCIL VENUE & EVENTS MANAGER – PRINCESS PAVILION

The Town Council has recently taken over the Princess Pavilion and is looking for a Venue and Events Manager to oversee the operation of this important community asset.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge and proven experience of managing a busy community and live music venue . The post holder will be part of the Council’s Cultural Services Team. They will need to be highly motivated with a track record of managing and dealing with people, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about promoting the venue and Falmouth and ensuring it is a clean and safe environment to live and work in.

The post entails 37 hours per week that will involve evening and weekend work and require call out.

The Council is an accredited employer offering generous pension and other enhancements.
