About the job
This is a full-time role, based on our busy front desk at Princess Pavilion, Falmouth, a busy and vibrant community asset for residents and visitors to Falmouth.
The role holder will be the main point of contact and interface between the Princess Pavilion and its customers, including residents, community groups, councillors, suppliers and other users of the venue.
You’ll need excellent people skills and a proven ability to provide flexible face-to-face and digital customer and information services.
You’ll need to be able to work well with others, including colleagues and councillors, to provide inclusive and accessible customer services for everyone who uses the venue.
