Fixed Term, 21 hours per week (£13,164 - £13,652 pro rata) to March 2026

About the job
Based at Falmouth Art Gallery, the role will support the learning team and work with the Access & Interpretation Manager, Digital Engagement Officer and a core of artist facilitators.

This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on work experience in a range of gallery and museum education and engagement projects. With art and social justice at its core, we aim to build engagement with our communities of young people in Falmouth through inclusive, interdisciplinary, and accessible programming.

About you
You will work primarily on our youth programme ‘Splanna’ for children aged 11-14; on events to increase the engagement of young people aged 11-30; and on delivery and programming of our regular family activity.

You’ll need to be able to help support and build engagement with young people through inclusive, interdisciplinary, and accessible programming of events, workshops and regular activity.
