The Council is seeking an Events and Marketing Co-ordinator to assist the award winning Falmouth Town Team. The Town Team is the partnership between the Town Council and the Falmouth Business Improvement District (BID). The Team manages the Town’s marketing campaigns, major festivals calendar, operational matters and business upskilling opportunities. www.falmouth.co.uk This post would provide proactive and dynamic events and marketing support to both the Town Manager and the BID Manager as well as other areas of the Council’s operations, such as managing the Atherton Suite Conference Room.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be self-motivated and have developed IT skills with an experience of events management and marketing campaigns.

The post entails working flexibly and based in offices in the Falmouth Town Centre. The Council is an accredited employer offering generous pension and other enhancements.
