The Town Council are seeking an Administration Assistant to complete our Operations team at the Princess Pavilion, to work in assisting the Venue and Events Manager and the Front of House Officer.
It is a full time 37 hour a week post and will require a flexible approach and some weekend and evening work.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills and will need provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of venue, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, preparing invoices and monitoring and ordering stock. The role will include supporting visitors and the general public by answering questions and requests in person, via email and on the telephone, as well as covering the reception desk when required.
