The Town Council has an exciting opportunity within its Library, Art Gallery and administrative building for a Premises Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will have the necessary knowledge and experience to provide caretaking, building support and security operations for busy community cultural and administrative venues. The post holder will be part of the Council’s Facilities Team. They will need to be physically able to assist the provision of exhibitions and events including general housekeeping responsibilities relating to minor repairs, decoration, security and cleaning activities. The role will require flexibility and elements of out of
hours cover. They should be passionate about promoting the venue and Falmouth and ensuring it is a clean and safe environment to live and work in. The post entails 37 hours per week that will involve evening and weekend work and require call out. The Council is an accredited employer offering generous pension and other enhancements.
