Community Engagement Outreach Officer

Salary Grade 4 SCP 12-14 (£24,496 - £25,409) Pay Award pending
Fixed Term 37 hours per week (to 31 March 2025)

About the job
We’re working in partnership with local community radio station Source FM on the Re-Source project to remodel Kimberley Park Lodge in Falmouth into a community café, recording studio and training facility.

This is a new role that will engage with local young people, teachers, organisations and community groups to promote and increase broadcasting and music skills through the new Re-Source project facilities that are being developed at Kimberley Park Lodge in Falmouth.

About you
You’ll need proven experience of community engagement and schools outreach.

You will need to be highly motivated and organised. Knowledge or experience of broadcast education as an outreach activity would be ideal too.

The role will require a flexible approach, including some weekend and evening work.
