Role: Administration Assistant (Town Team)
Reports to: Town Manager
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 9-11 (£25,119 - £25,979)
Contract: Permanent Contract 18 hours (£12,220 – £12,989 pro rata)
Three days per week, including Thursday & occasional weekends

About the job
This is a part-time role, based in our busy Town Management Team in the Town Council Offices on the Moor, Falmouth.

You will provide administration and customer service support for the Town Team. This will include communicating and interacting with the general public, businesses, traders and organisations.

About you
You’ll need excellent administration and customer service skills and a proven ability to provide flexible face-to-face and digital administration support.

You’ll need to be able to work well with others, including colleagues and multiple organisations and functions. Ideally, you’ll have some experience of dealing with markets and traders.
