Role: Administration Assistant (General Office)
Reports to: Administration Officer
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 9-11 (£25,119 - £25,979)
Contract: Permanent Contract 32.50 hours per week (£22,064 - £22,819 pro rata)
Monday to Friday

About the job
This is a part-time role, based in our busy General Office and Front Desk in the Town Council Offices on the Moor, Falmouth.

You will work on a diverse range of tasks and duties, including customer service, committee and democratic services support, and office administration tasks to support the Town Clerk’s office. This includes attendance at regular evening committee meetings.

About you
You’ll need excellent administration and customer service skills and a proven ability to provide flexible face-to-face and digital administration support.

You’ll need to be able to work well with others, including colleagues and councillors, to provide flexible, inclusive and accessible administration and customer services for our colleagues, councillors, residents and customers.
