Falmouth Folk Festival
We are very pleased to announce the first annual Falmouth Folk Festival! Saturday 2nd August from noon til 8pm, it’ll all be free though we will be collecting donations to contribute towards the performers. Fantastic lineup with more tbc, more details will be announced soon!
Hosted by Julian Gaskell and the Ragged Trousered Philanthropists, the high-energy folk-punk collective known for their theatrical flair and political edge. Lose yourself in the spellbinding harmonies of Drolls and the evocative songwriting of Seamus McKenna. Don’t miss the vibrant performances from Kessenyan, rich with Cornish tradition, or the foot-stomping energy of Smoking Pilchards. New voices and seasoned performers alike will be taking the stage, including the soulful Ashes and the multi-instrumental storytelling of Isaac I Ockenden, and more artists to be announced.
