Work Routes Branch Out In Falmouth

After helping 500 local people start working, the Work Routes Falmouth team is delighted to confirm that they are launching several new Outreach locations that will even more enable members of the public to access their service. A working partnership with Falmouth Town Council and the council’s Children and Family Services has been developed to ensure more jobseekers get the support they need to start working again. An expert Employment Adviser will be based at • Falmouth Town Council offices on Falmouth Moor from 2pm to 5pm every Tuesday

Following the launch of Falmouth Town Council’s year-long Safer, Cleaner, Greener public information campaign in our pages last month, the hot topic for February is how best to deal with incidents of anti-social behaviour.

Anti-social behaviour is defined in law as that which ‘causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to one or more other persons not of the same household as the perpetrator' and is one of the biggest problems affecting Cornwall’s communities today.
