6 Castle Drive

Falmouth Town Council is to host a public meeting on Monday (8th) ahead of a meeting of its planning committee.

Members of the public are invited to have their say on plans to demolish a bungalow on Falmouth’s Castle Drive and replace it with two detached homes. The existing bungalow was built in the 1960s and it is claimed it fails to make a positive contribution to the conservation area.

The two homes proposed for the site would incorporate “designs and style that complement and enhance the street scene, depicting characteristics and styles of the conservation area.”
