Contact Forms
Our website provides several ways for you to submit information:

- Processed and stored securely via the Gravity Forms plug-in.
- Gravity Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes.
- Forms submitted via email using Microsoft Outlook (e.g., “click-to-email” style forms)
- Sent directly to our Outlook mailbox.

Mailing Lists

- Mailchimp, used as our primary email marketing provider
- Shopify, used by Falmouth Art Gallery for newsletter registrations

Online Shop (Falmouth Art Gallery)
Falmouth Art Gallery’s online shop is hosted on Shopify. When you make a purchase, create an account, or sign up to the shop’s mailing list, Shopify processes your personal data (e.g., name, email address, payment details).
Shopify acts as a data processor and only uses this data to provide e-commerce services on our behalf. All data is stored securely and in line with GDPR.
Consultation Feedback Tools (Voice Feedback)
As part of our current consultation on the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building, Falmouth Town Council is providing an optional voice feedback tool to allow residents and stakeholders to submit feedback verbally.
This tool is provided by Hoxton Analytics Limited (SaySo). If you choose to use this tool, the information you provide may include personal data, such as an audio recording of your voice and any personal information you choose to include in your response.
Feedback submitted via the voice tool will only be used to support the relevant consultation and help inform the Council’s decision-making.
Consultation responses may also be shared with the Council’s appointed professional project team, including Studio Wignall Moore, for the purpose of analysing feedback and informing next steps. Any such parties will only use the information for the purposes of supporting the consultation and project development.
If you do not wish to provide personal information through this method, you should avoid including personal or sensitive information in your response. You may also take part in the consultation using other methods, such as the online survey, email, or written submissions.
