Customers are welcome to bring their own picnic to enjoy in the garden. However, only food purchased in the cafe can be consumed in the Garden Room, bar, foyer and main outdoor seating area.

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the gardens, Garden Room and bar area. Dogs are not permitted in the theatre, this includes emotional support dogs. Registered service dogs displaying the appropriate tags are permitted in the theatre. Please remember to pick up after your pooch!

Please email pavilionevents@falmouthtowncouncil.com in the first instance, outlining the details of your event. This will then be passed on to the event team. You can also visit the Princess Pavilion Venue Hire page of the website to view our venue packs.

For most shows, tickets are available to purchase in-person from the box office or over the phone – 01326 211222 – on the days and times listed below.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm. The box office is not open at the weekend or in the evenings. However, you can call and leave a short message on 01326 211222 and this will be answered on the next working day.

Standard cafe opening times are Mon – Sun 10am – 4pm. Lunch is served between 12pm – 3pm. However, times may change depending on events and gigs. Please refer to the upcoming closures here for more detailed information.

Yes, the venue is accessible and offers sloped access from the car park, flat floor access throughout the venue and two accessible toilets. More detailed information on accessibility can be found here.

The cafe offers a range of coffee and tea, delicious cakes and lunch dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options, with ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Sample menus can be found on the website here. If you have any food allergies, please speak to our cafe team on arrival who can advise you on options.

The bar and the garden are generally open in the evening if we have an event or gig taking place in the theatre. Please note that there are some exceptions where entry to the whole site is ticketed. Please refer to our What’s On page here for information.

During Autumn/Winter time, the gates are locked at 5pm, unless there is an event taking place. During daylight saving time (end of March – end of September), the gates are locked at around dusk, again, unless there is an event taking place.

We operate full site closures for private events and weddings. This means that the whole site, including the gardens, is closed to the public. You will see signs on the gates and outside the main doors alerting you to the closure. We respectfully ask you not to enter the building during this time. These private hire events contribute to our ongoing commitment to support community-based activities. Thank you for your understanding.

There is a small car park at the Princess Pavilion. We have three accessible parking spaces available on a first come, first serve basis. There are 25 spaces in total and parking is free. Overnight parking is not permitted and on occasion, for large events, the car park will be completely closed to customers.
