Strategic Planning & Regeneration Committee

The Strategic Planning & Regeneration Committee meets on an ad hoc basis when required. All Members of Falmouth Town Council sit on the Committee. The Committee will consider all strategic and regeneration matters relating to Falmouth and its locale and formulate informed responses in this regard to Cornwall Council and other consultative agencies as the formal views of Falmouth Town Council with due cognisance of the Falmouth and Penryn Community Plan and other development framework guidance.
